HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We aim to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of placing them.
your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. After you receive the shipping email, you will find detailed tracking information to follow the progress of your order. Simply use the tracking information provided to track your package via our shipping partner's website.
WHAT IF AN ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But don't worry! We'll cover the cost of resending a replacement order for you.
HOW ARE RETURNS HANDLED IF THERE ARE QUALITY CONCERNS?
Any returns or issues arising from an error on our part will be at our expense.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?
If the recipient address is incorrect, you will be responsible. Usually the package will be returned to the return address.
